REFUND

We do not refund any membership / subscription fees. This policy while providing value for money for kurubasamaja.in Members also ensures that the company is protected. Any exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of kurubasamaja.in management.

Payment refund request for any reasons are not entertained, not even to the ones mentioned below:-

Member not receiving enough profiles

Member not happy with the responses received from other Members

Other Members getting married through other matrimonial services

Other Members are not responding to Member?Members ?Express Interest? Requests sent

If you choose to terminate any paid services, the service fees are not refundable under any circumstances

Your membership for any paid service is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

Note that the payments refund policy is applicable only if the payment was received by kurubasamaja.in team in the first place.

CANCELLATION

Either you or may cancel your paid subscription at anytime, for any reason or no reason. Such cancellation will become effective upon notice to the other party, except that a cancellation by kurubasamaja.in due to your breach of the Terms &Conditions will become effective immediately, regardless of notice.

Upon the effective moment of cancellation of your paid subscription, your rights and privileges under this policy becomes null.
